Entertainment weekly nous rapporte cet belle histoire: afin de promouvoir Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, les plus belles meufs du monde ont filmé « Firework » de Katy Perry en play-back(ci-dessous). Ça choque quelqu'un d'autre? Sans doute parce que la vidéo initiale de Katy met en scène des gosses avec des problèmes réels - les parents qui s’engueulent, mon corps, ma sexualité, mon cancer, etc - et le problème principal des jolies dames semble être la synchronisation labiale. (La blonde va te rhabiller, t'as échoué.) Je sais, je sais, chacun a ses problèmes, c'est juste difficile de voir ces demoiselles incarner la veuve et l’orphelin. Je vous met aussi le clip original en bonus. ;-)
Entertainment weekly reports that to promote Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, the world’s most beautiful models filmed a video lip-synching Katy Perry’s “Firework.” Watch it below. That seem wrong to anyone else? Maybe it’s because Perry’s video for the song shows kids with real problems — parents who verbally and physically abuse one another, issues with their bodies and sexuality, cancer, etc. — and the models’ main problem appears to be how wide to open their mouths to make the lip-syncing convincing. (That one blonde fails.) I know, I know, everyone has their problems, it’s just tough to see these women embody the underdog. (Though I have no problem imagining them making us go, “Oh, oh, oh.” Perhaps they’re what we’re supposed to aspire to.)

So while I try to disassociate “Firework” with its video (the beat does make it a killer runway song), are you ready to watch the Victoria’s Secret models strut their stuff (in a $2 million Bombshell Fantasy Bra if they’re Adriana Lima)?
