...en bref, il y a bien longtemps, les bars ne pouvaient servir de l'alcool qu'aux voyageurs. Donc la presence de quelques chambres (qui ne pouvaient ne jamais etre utilisées) permettaient aux établissement de rester ouvert et de faire comme si.
